Details of the Job/Internship

Propelld is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Manager with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
• Co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs
• Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
• Debt instruments – Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and other security documents
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, compliance, finance, business) to align legal solutions with business needs.
• Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions for timely execution of transactions.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines.
• Support due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance checks in relation to lending activities.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in lending/financial services.
• Strong knowledge and practical exposure in:
  • Co-lending structures
  • PTC / DA documentation
  • Debt and borrowing transactions
• Prior experience with FinTech, NBFC, or Banking sector highly preferred.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Salary/Stipend
