Details of the Job/Internship

Propelld is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Manager with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
• Co-lending arrangements with Banks and NBFCs.
• Securitisation transactions, including Pass-Through Certificates (PTC) and Direct Assignment (DA).
• Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—credit, compliance, finance, and business teams—to understand transaction requirements and provide legal counsel.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deal execution.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable laws, RBI regulations, and industry standards.
• Support due diligence, risk assessments, and legal compliance reviews for all lending-related activities.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending or financial services sector
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in:
  • Co-lending structures
  • Securitisation transactions (PTC and DA)
  • Debt financing and secured lending documentation
• Prior experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or banking environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and collaborative work culture.

Salary/Stipend
