Details of the Job/Internship
Statiq is hiring a Corporate Legal Manager with over 3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Assess legal risk in business processes, service levels, IP, data security, and non-standard terms.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, including clients, hosts, and counsels.
- Engage with tech teams on IP identification and coordinate with law firms for registration.
- Support the secretarial team during board and general meetings.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance and necessary committee approvals.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed college.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling legal matters in a start-up or technology sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-quality drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization.
- Capable of managing pressure, prioritizing tasks, and responding to business needs.
