Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Communications is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Manager with experience of 5+ years to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of general telecommunications regulatory and corporate law.
• Basic understanding of trending emerging technologies / new products roll out, such as IoT, CPaaS, CaaS, and cloud-based services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple matters/projects.
• Appetite to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across a range of international jurisdictions and time zones.
• Engineering- background a plus.
• Familiarity with the principles of accounting is a plus.
• Telecommunications / Commtech contracting experience a plus.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B. or BA/BBA/BSc LL.B. or equivalent, full time) from a recognized law school.
• 5+years relevant experience with a telecommunications / commtech company or in TMT at a major law firm.
