The salon has received numerous national and international awards and is Asia’s largest standalone SPALON on a high street, serving approximately 75,000 clients annually with a team of 150 professionals from its 17,000 sq. ft. location in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Details of the Job/Internship

Headmasters Salon India is hiring a Corporate Legal Officer to join their office in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal consulting, preparation of legal documents, management of contract law matters, and ensuring compliance with business law regulations. The role also includes handling disputes, litigation, and arbitration, representing the company and management before authorities, maintaining legal records, and providing legal advice to management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting and advice to management.
• Prepare, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts.
• Manage contract law matters and ensure compliance with business law regulations.
• Handle disputes, litigation, or arbitration involving the company.
• Represent the company and management before authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondences.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills and remain open to travel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Skills in legal consulting, contract law, and business law.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
