Details of the Job/Internship

Headmasters Salon India is hiring a full-time, on-site Legal Officer for its operations in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal consulting and advice to management.
• Prepare, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
• Manage contract law matters and ensure compliance with business laws and regulations.
• Handle disputes, litigation, and arbitration involving the company.
• Represent the company and management before authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
• Be open to travel as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in legal consulting, contract law, and business law.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
