Details of the Job/Internship
Suvanjali Legal Advisory is hiring Corporate Legal Partners on a freelance or part-time basis for remote collaboration across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to startups, MSMEs, and corporates on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including shareholders’ agreements, MoUs, NDAs, ESOPs, and service agreements.
- Advise on corporate structuring, M&A, acquisitions, funding documentation, and compliance.
- Assist with RBI/FEMA advisory, due diligence, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the internal team and provide strategic legal counsel.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal work.
- Experience in company law, contract law, employment law, startup legal advisory, data protection, IT law, IP, and FEMA/RBI compliances.
- Prior experience with startups, legal consultancies, or in-house legal teams preferred.
- Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work on a freelance/hourly or part-time basis.
