Details of the Job/Internship

Asia Law Offices is hiring a Corporate Counsel with 2–4 years of experience to join their corporate legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
• Draft and review share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, share transfer agreements, and investment agreements.
• Draft, vet, and negotiate JV agreements, strategic partnerships, concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, RFQs/RFPs, and tender documentation.
• Manage and negotiate non-standard commercial contracts, including technology/IP licensing, procurement, franchise, vendor, and sponsorship agreements.
• Prepare legal opinions and memoranda on complex regulatory issues.

Eligibility

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal advisory matters.
