Details of the Job/Internship
Rx100 Ventures is hiring a Corporate Legal Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join their legal team in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, term sheets, and investment documentation.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance and strategic positioning.
- Draft and structure agreements aligned with business interests.
- Offer legal guidance on governance and operational risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal matters.
- Maintain statutory records, filings, and compliance documentation.
- Track legal and regulatory developments impacting business operations.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a recognized university; LL.M preferred.
- 1–2 years of legal experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a firm or in-house setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance, corporate law, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
