Details of the Job/Internship
Unity Small Finance Bank is hiring a Corporate Legal Executive with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their legal team in Navi Mumbai or Santacruz.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and agreements related to Software, SaaS, IT services, and Loans.
- Lead and manage negotiations with vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day legal advisory and risk assessments to business teams.
- Ensure all contracts and documentation comply with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 3–5 years PQE.
- Prior experience in Banking or NBFC sectors is preferred.
- Strong background in corporate contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly desirable.
- Note: Litigation-focused profiles will not be considered.
