Details of the Job/Internship

Yes Bank is hiring a Corporate Legal with experience of 3 to 6 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating credit/lending and security documents for corporate and govt. customers of the bank;
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various banking arrangements;
• Analyzing legal issues and issues related to legal risks and providing advisory/recommendation to business teams;
• Legal review and revision of standard contracts, policies and templates of the bank.
• Acting as an interface between external legal counsel and business teams for various assignments or Projects;
• Tracking and updating laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB/Equivalent Law background from Tier-l law colleges in India; LLM or CS degrees shall be preferred.
• PQE: 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Pre-requisite: Should be working or have worked in a bank, financial institutions, or law firms.
• Exclusion: (i) Candidates with only Litigation or Retail or Collection profile shall not be considered (i)No hybrid structure of working shall be permissible.
