Details of the Job/Internship
Chugh, LLP is hiring a Corporate Litigation & Research Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to work remotely in India, supporting its U.S. legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support U.S. legal operations in corporate and litigation matters.
- Draft legal documents with precision.
- Collaborate with the U.S. legal team on high-impact cases.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. corporate and litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. State and Federal laws.
- Expertise in corporate litigation, employment law, intellectual property law, and related areas.
- Proven ability to draft legal documents accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
