Details of the Job/Internship

FashionTV India is hiring for the position of Corporate Litigation - Arbitration Specailist with 3-15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all aspects of legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration processes.
• Analyze legal notices and claims to devise strategic responses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, and responses with precision.
• Oversee litigation matters from initiation to final resolution, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel to ensure a strong legal defense.
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strategize and drive dispute resolution efforts with a focus on risk mitigation and business protection.
• Attend court proceedings, arbitrations, and may be required to travel for certain cases.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Experience: 3–15 years of proven experience in litigation and arbitration, preferably with exposure to media, entertainment, or corporate sectors.

Skills:

• Strong command over civil and commercial litigation.
• Expertise in arbitration procedures and dispute handling.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and high-stakes cases.

Salary/Stipend
