India Juris leads the domain in India with about 350 start-up investment transactions annually, advising accelerators, incubators, angel networks, AIFs, angel funds, start-ups, entrepreneurs, and assisting start-ups in setting up holding structures in the USA.

Details of the Job/Internship

India Juris is hiring a Corporate Litigation Associate with experience of 1 to 4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Lawyers having minimum 1 to 4 yrs of PQE for corporate litigation practice located in Bengaluru.
• Should be enrolled with Karnataka State Bar Council.
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and legal documents Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
• Should have ability to speak and read Kannada. Should have knowledge of company law and AIF.
• Experience in conducting due diligence, drafting, vetting and reviewing transaction documents Additional qualifications (having CS membership from ICSI) and skills that would be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
