Details of the Job/Internship

Boston Institute of Analytics is hiring a Corporate Litigation Lawyer with 10+ years of experience to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initiation to appeals.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and legal documents.
• Coordinate with witnesses, experts, legal counsel, and authorities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs.
• Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
• Participate in mediation, conciliation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Provide legal advice to management and internal teams.
• Review legal documents and assist in discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external legal advisors.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed law school; LL.M. preferred.
• Valid license to practice law in India; Sanad License mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in litigation and advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate, contract, and commercial law.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Manupatra or SCC Online.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
