Boston Institute of Analytics is hiring a Corporate Litigation Lawyer with 5–15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end civil litigation, including recovery suits, defamation claims, and contract disputes.
- Draft and finalize pleadings, including plaints, written statements, affidavits, and interim relief applications.
- Conduct legal research on civil procedure, contract law, and related statutes.
- Represent the company before District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and consumer forums.
- Participate in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation proceedings for dispute resolution.
- Provide internal legal advice on civil liabilities and litigation risks.
- Review contracts and internal documents for potential legal exposure.
- Maintain legal dashboards, trackers, and compliance documentation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized law school; LL.M. preferred.
- Sanad to practice law in India.
- 5–15 years of litigation experience in civil suits, recovery, defamation, and contract disputes.
- Strong drafting and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical and professional standards.
