Details of the Job/Internship

Boston Institute of Analytics is hiring a Corporate Litigation Lawyer with 5–15 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation from start to finish, including recovery suits, defamation, and contractual disputes.
• Draft various pleadings and legal documents such as plaints, written statements, affidavits, and interim relief applications.
• Prepare evidence bundles and examination briefs ensuring procedural compliance across courts.
• Liaise with clients, witnesses, external counsel, and authorities effectively.
• Monitor litigation trackers and handle legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
• Draft legal notices, settlement agreements, and internal strategy notes.
• Represent the organization in courts, NCLT, consumer forums, and arbitration.
• Provide internal advisory on legal risks, litigation strategies, and compliance matters.
• Maintain updated legal dashboards, litigation trackers, and audit documentation.
• Assist departments on legal queries and respond to regulatory notices.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized law school; LL.M. preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in India with mandatory Sanad.
• 5-15 years of litigation experience, particularly in civil suits, recovery cases, defamation, and contract disputes.
• Proficient with legal research platforms and strong drafting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and high ethical standards.
