Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. corporate and litigation matters.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. State and Federal laws.
- Expertise in corporate litigation, employment law, intellectual property law, and related areas..
- Proven track record in drafting precise legal documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
