Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan is hiring Corporate Litigation with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office Hyderabad.
Eligibility
- A three/five-year law degree.
- One to two years of post-qualification experience in the Commercial Litigation/ Arbitration practice/ NCLT practice / Real Estate. Additional experience in general corporate advisory (securities / exchange control), IBC and IPR disputes will be a plus point since the role is a hybrid between advisory and litigation.
- Must have been involved in contractual disputes and general civil & commercial litigation.
- Must have experience in drafting legal notices, replies to legal notices /petitions/ civil suits/ appeals/ writs/ counters / rejoinders/ SLPS/ Written Submissions before various forums.
