Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring Associates/Senior Associates for its General Corporate team focusing on M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions end-to-end.
- Work on private equity and venture capital investments.
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Advise on cross-border transactions and structuring.
- Assist in corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
- Strong transactional experience in M&A/PE/VC deals.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex matters.
