Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join their corporate M&A team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and cross-border transactions.
• Handle corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare transaction-related documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
• Manage client interactions and support complex corporate matters.
• Collaborate with different practice teams for multidisciplinary transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–6 years of PQE in general corporate, M&A, VC, and PE.
• Strong drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex corporate transactions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
