Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its General Corporate M&A practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Manage cross-border corporate transactions across sectors.
• Conduct legal and commercial due diligence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Advise on corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for transaction execution.
• Provide effective client management and transactional support.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex corporate and M&A transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
