Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate/Counsel with 4–7 years of experience to join their General Corporate – M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and cross-border transactions.
• Handle corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
• Demonstrate strong drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams and uphold the firm’s professional standards.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• PQE of 4 to 7 years.
• In-depth experience in corporate transactions

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
