Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience to join its Corporate M&A team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Managing cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring matters.
• Conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
• Advising clients on corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients to execute transactions efficiently.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate M&A.
• Strong transactional, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

Salary/Stipend
