Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring a Corporate M&A Lawyer with 4–7 years of experience to join its General Corporate practice in Mumbai. The role involves handling transactional matters, managing complex cross-border M&A deals, and working collaboratively with multiple practice teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling mergers and acquisitions.
- Managing private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Assisting with cross-border corporate matters.
- Supporting corporate restructuring and compliance.
- Conducting due diligence and drafting transactional documents.
- Collaborating with internal practice teams.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate transactions.
- Expertise in M&A, private equity, venture capital, cross-border transactions, and corporate restructuring.
- Strong due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to independently manage transactional matters.
