Details of the Job/Internship

Ampcus Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Paralegal I with 2+ years of experience to join its Legal Operations team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support management of the global contract docket, including reporting and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, R&D, Customer Delivery, and Finance teams.
• Triage and allocate procurement contracts.
• Coordinate contract approval and execution processes.
• Manage corporate governance matters for global entities.
• Assist with organization-wide legal policies and procedures.
• Support drafting, preparation, review, editing, and amendment of agreements.
• Facilitate responses to client and prospect legal due diligence requests.
• Work closely with teams in Mumbai and other international locations.
• Perform other legal operations duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• University degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate law department or as a law firm paralegal.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, especially Conga, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across different seniority levels and global teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially sound judgment.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of licensing, regulated data, software, or technology products is preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts is preferred.
