Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is hiring for the position of Corporate Paralegal with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain corporate governance documentation, including resolutions and board/shareholder actions.
• Maintain and update legal entity records using Diligent Entities.
• Prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and manage internal review and signature workflows.
• Oversee compliance activities related to business qualifications, withdrawals, and annual filings.
• Support global annual reporting by coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with external counsel and service providers to ensure jurisdiction-specific legal compliance.
• Participate in special legal projects and corporate initiatives.
• Keep the entity management database up to date with officer changes, structural details, and compliance status.

Eligibility

• 8–10 years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on corporate governance, entity lifecycle management, and business licensing, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Hands-on experience drafting corporate documents and managing compliance calendars.
• Sound understanding of U.S. and international corporate law frameworks.
• Familiarity with Diligent Entities or similar entity management software is essential.
• Advanced organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Salary/Stipend
