Details of the Job/Internship
ExcelGens is hiring a Corporate Paralegal with experience of 2–5 years to join their Legal Operations team in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage global contract workflows in coordination with Sales, R&D, Customer Delivery, and Finance teams.
- Triage procurement contracts and support approval and execution processes.
- Handle global corporate governance matters for international entities.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, editing, and amending agreements and organization-wide policies.
- Support legal due diligence requests from clients and prospects.
- Ensure smooth legal operations across global teams and time zones.
Eligibility
- University degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate law department or as a law firm paralegal.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, especially Conga, is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of licensing, regulated data, software, or technology products is preferred.
- Experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts is preferred.
