Details of the Job/Internship

A leading global biotech company is hiring a Corporate Paralegal with experience of 3+ years to join their team on a contract basis in a remote setting based in London, UK. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) for a duration of 12 months, starting mid-April 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) using established templates and playbooks.
• Independently manage day-to-day contracting workflows and respond to stakeholder queries.
• Support improvements and refinements to contracting playbooks.
• Manage and track contracts within the contract management system.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of paralegal experience (flexible depending on background).
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience handling high-volume contracting work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend
