Details of the Job/Internship

Litwin Kach LLP is hiring a Corporate Paralegal for a full-time, fully remote role. The position involves corporate compliance, filings, transactional support, and assistance with deal closings and related documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle company registrations and annual maintenance requirements.
• Assist with entity formations and preparation of basic organisational documents.
• Prepare and file Form D and Blue Sky filings.
• Provide support for deal closings, including preparation of closing documents and closing books.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Prior law firm experience, including at a previous paralegal role.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
