Details of the Job/Internship
Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Paralegal with a focus on drafting, proofreading, and regulatory filings, to join the Mumbai center in India.
- Conducts and coordinates legal research.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector, SEC regulatory filings
- Prepares correspondence and legal documents.
- Acts as liaison among internal departments.
- Tracks and monitors for existing cases.
- Prepares initial drafts of SEC filings.
- Files regulatory filings and comment letters.
- Assist with document productions.
- Assists with PowerPoint presentations.
