Details of the Job/Internship

Wellversed is hiring a Corporate Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join its office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intellectual property management, policies, and compliance.
• Liaise with external counsel, courts, government offices, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and legal compliance of documents and contracts.
• Support execution of legal advice provided by senior legal counsel.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and international legal compliance is preferred.
