Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting legal documents, memos, and research reports.
• Create engaging legal content for social media and our online platforms.
• Develop educational posts and articles that simplify complex legal concepts.
• Stay updated with corporate law trends, case law, and regulatory changes.

• A detail-oriented individual with strong research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of corporate law concepts and keen interest in business law.
• Ability to synthesize legal research into clear, accessible content.
