Details of the Job/Internship
RSA is seeking a Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on lower-risk corporate and business matters
- Assist with legal documentation and compliance procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure practical, risk-mitigated solutions.
- Support company secretarial responsibilities and advise management.
- Remain updated on corporate and labor law changes.
- Perform legal research and contribute to regulatory strategy.
- Any additional duties as assigned by the legal or company management.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate or legal advisory role.
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and active member of ICSI.
- Preferred: Qualified legal counsel (LL.B) or equivalent.
