Details of the Job/Internship

AMRG Global is hiring a Corporate Tax Manager with experience in UAE Taxation to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical research on UAE VAT law, Corporate Tax law, and Free Zone taxation rules.
• Analyze FTA guides, public clarifications, and cabinet decisions to provide actionable insights.
• Independently draft high-quality tax advisory opinions, technical memorandums, and client responses.
• Prepare research papers, articles, and alerts regarding new tax notifications and amendments.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge repositories of tax research, precedents, and regulatory updates.
• Create standardized templates and formats for recurring advisory work and technical summaries.
• Track regulatory updates and compliance changes to keep the firm and its clients informed.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare internal research notes and technical presentations.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: MBA, CA, CS, or LAW degree is required.
• Excellent command over professional written English and technical drafting.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on the interpretation of complex legal documents.
• Good fundamental understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for professional documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in the Delhi office on a full-time basis.
