Apex Hospital is hiring for the position of Corporate Trainee to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents, agreements, and corporate filings.
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including compliance documentation.
- Manage diaries, schedules, and administrative records efficiently.
- Support the legal team in research, clerical work, and document management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, internal departments, and external counsel.
- Maintain organized filing systems and track deadlines for compliance and legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and company law.
- Experience in legal document preparation and clerical administration.
- Proficiency in diary management and organizational tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
