LawSikho is hiring a Corporate Trainer (Course Anchor) with experience of 5+ years to work remotely. The role involves leading interactive learning sessions for working professionals, facilitating discussions, guiding learners throughout their course journey, assisting with curriculum development, and mentoring professionals to enhance their skills and career growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online learning sessions.
• Ensure learners clearly understand course concepts and their practical applications.
• Encourage participation, discussions, and collaborative learning.
• Guide participants throughout the course duration and respond to queries.
• Support learners in completing assignments and practical exercises.
• Assist in designing and updating course content.
• Ensure learning materials remain relevant to industry trends.
• Contribute ideas to improve the learning experience.
• Mentor professionals in their career growth.
• Provide guidance on freelancing and professional opportunities.
• Motivate learners to achieve their learning goals.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching, training, soft skills development, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with professionals or adult learners.
• Ability to conduct interactive and engaging online sessions.
• Personal laptop.
