Details of the Job/Internship

SR Legal is hiring a Counsel / Principal with 6–7 years of litigation experience to lead their litigation team in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the litigation team.
• Conduct appearances in courts and tribunals including Supreme Court, High Courts, and NCLT.
• Handle complex litigation independently across various practice areas.
• Strategize, draft, and oversee pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Mentor and guide junior associates.

Eligibility

• 6–7 years of active litigation experience.
• Proven independent court appearance and argument skills.
• Expertise in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crime.

Salary/Stipend
