Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Counsel – General Corporate with 6–8 years of experience to join its office in Gurgaon, NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Advising on private equity and venture capital matters.
• Managing cross-border corporate transactions.
• Overseeing corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
• Managing client relationships and negotiations.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 6 to 8 years.
• Strong transactional experience in corporate M&A matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
