Trilegal is hiring a Counsel – M&A Lawyer with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Manage cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
