Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW is hiring a Counsel – Real Estate with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Kolkata. The role involves liaising with government bodies, registrars, BL&LRO, and municipal authorities, overseeing and centralising title searches, handling processes such as registration, mutation, conversion, and amalgamation or bifurcation, preparing and following up on RTI applications, and maintaining accurate trackers and documentation.
Role and Responsibilities

Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate; LLB preferred.
- Strong experience in real estate procedures and land records.
- Ability to read Bengali deeds.
- Proficiency in digital legal and government filing platforms.
