Allstate is hiring a Counsel Support Analyst II (Legal Bill Reviewer) with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review legal invoices for compliance with billing guidelines and litigation protocols.
• Identify and flag irregularities, unauthorized charges, or deviations from pre-approved activities.
• Handle a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and make decisions on escalations.
• Analyse billing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of litigation billing processes.
• Analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
