Details of the Job/Internship

Lexic is hiring a mid-level lawyer (3–5 years PQE) to join its Bangalore team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on Intellectual Property matters, particularly media and entertainment-related issues.
• Handle trademark-related work (preferred).
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage client-facing advisory and transactions independently.
• Provide commercially sound legal solutions with attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in Intellectual Property, especially media & entertainment.
• Solid grounding in commercial transactions and contract drafting.
• Tech industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.

Salary/Stipend
