Role and Responsibilities
- Support counselling-related activities during the training period.
- Engage with internal processes and assigned responsibilities as part of the trainee programme.
- Meet performance targets linked to incentives during training and post-training employment.
Eligibility
- Graduates.
- Second-year and third-year students with NOC.
- MBA freshers and final-semester students.
- Candidates who passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
