LawSikho is hiring a Counselling Trainee for a 100% remote role. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. The role involves working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and conducting persistent follow-ups to guide prospects through LawSikho courses. This is not a cold-calling role but requires strong communication skills and consistent outreach.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively with prospects.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
• Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch.
• Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with basic technical comfort; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
