Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring for the position of Course Anchor (Teaching Role) to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive online sessions on AI, HR, and Marketing topics.
- Design and update high-quality training modules, presentation slides, and supporting materials.
- Create tailored educational content that aligns with learner needs and course objectives.
- Provide academic support and feedback to students to help them succeed.
- Monitor and track learner engagement and progress.
- Collaborate with the instructional design and academic support teams to enhance course delivery.
- Log daily activities using time-tracking tools and meet delivery benchmarks.
Eligibility
- Background in English language teaching, communication, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in education, content creation, or training delivery (especially in online settings).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage and simplify concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Skilled in presentation delivery and online facilitation.
- Familiarity with time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor, Clockify).
- Certification in English teaching (TESOL, CELTA, etc.) or education is a plus.
