Details of the Job/Internship

Skill Arbitrage is hiring Course Anchors with 3–4 years of professional experience (5+ years preferred) for a 100% remote role. The salary range is ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month plus incentives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support learners to achieve career breakthroughs and professional goals.
• Drive learner success by managing course satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Mentor students on securing jobs, freelance clients, and career opportunities.
• Contribute to course improvements with ideas, content, and innovative teaching methods.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience (5+ years preferred).
• Background in English, literature, or communication-related fields preferred.
• Candidates from other industries including law, HR, engineering, liberal arts, and sciences are welcome.
• Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Empathetic, analytical, and passionate about mentoring and continuous learning.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
