Skill Arbitrage is hiring a Course Anchor with experience of 5+ years to work remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Take 5 classes a week for the upskilling course.
• Help students improve learning outcomes and encourage them to achieve their goals.
• Manage the NPS of the allocated course.
• Guide learners to secure jobs or clients and support their career growth.
• Contribute to improving courses through ideas, content, and pedagogy.

Eligibility

• English teaching and language teaching skills.
• Experience in education and writing.
• Strong teaching capabilities.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in English teaching or education is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with time tracking software.
• Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience.
• Background in English and soft skills training preferred.

Salary/Stipend
