Skill Arbitrage is hiring a Course Anchor with experience of 5+ years to work remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Take 5 classes a week for the upskilling course.
- Help students improve learning outcomes and encourage them to achieve their goals.
- Manage the NPS of the allocated course.
- Guide learners to secure jobs or clients and support their career growth.
- Contribute to improving courses through ideas, content, and pedagogy.
Eligibility
- English teaching and language teaching skills.
- Experience in education and writing.
- Strong teaching capabilities.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in English teaching or education is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with time tracking software.
- Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience.
- Background in English and soft skills training preferred.
Salary/Stipend
