Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is looking for a Course Anchor to lead and manage its HR Law courses to join their office remotely. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Law, Human Resource Management, or both, who are passionate about HR compliance, labour law, and legal education.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate, host, and manage live classes and interactive sessions.
• Provide continuous learner support throughout the course duration.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with HR/legal experts.
• Ensure timely execution and seamless delivery of course modules.
• Proactively communicate with learners to resolve queries, guide them, and improve learning outcomes.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law or Human Resource Management (dual background is a plus).
• Strong interest or prior experience in HR compliance, labour law, or employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct and manage virtual sessions while engaging learners effectively.
• Prior exposure to HR policies, employee relations, contracts, or industrial disputes will be an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

₹30,000 – ₹35,000
