Details of the Job/Internship
Be Legal is hiring a Court Clerk to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Organize and manage case files, court documents, and correspondence.
- Schedule court dates, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
- Assist lawyers in preparing case briefs, hearing files, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with court officials, clients, and legal teams.
- Handle court filings, including physical and e-filing.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and court orders.
- Perform administrative duties to support litigation and hearing preparations.
Eligibility
- Solid understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
- Prior experience as a court clerk or in a legal administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in court filing and e-filing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with legal research and case management software.
